Tarek & Nati

Service. Online private classes are delivered by Tarek & Nati by private arrangement. Each reservation is for one 60-minute online private class at the selected time unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Payment. A reservation is confirmed only after the secure payment link is completed. Payment may be processed by Revolut or another secure third-party checkout provider.

Confirmation. The class link and access details are sent using the booking name, Instagram handle or email entered before payment, together with the payment details received through the secure checkout. The client is responsible for entering accurate contact details.

No refunds. All confirmed reservations are final and non-refundable. A missed class, late arrival or cancellation by the client does not create a right to refund.

Rescheduling. One reschedule may be offered when requested at least 24 hours before the selected time, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be declined.

Duplicate booking exception. If the same time is paid for twice before the calendar is updated, priority is given to the first completed payment. Any later payment for that same time may choose the nearest available time or receive a refund for that duplicate booking.

Access. The client is responsible for a stable internet connection, a suitable space and joining the session on time.

Use. The class is for the paying client only. Recording, redistributing or reselling the session is not permitted without written permission.

Liability. Participation is voluntary. The client is responsible for moving safely within their own limits and environment.
